In the Name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful.
Mola Ali (A.S.) declares: Listen and comprehend and believe and then do so! This is the value of human!
Monday 2010-03-15
Imam Sadigh (A.S) declares: Glorious God set
belief in seven different shares. Some gain one
share, some gain two shares and some three. So
you must not expect those who gain one or two or
three shares, more than that:
1- Goodness with people.
2- Honesty in all affairs.
3- Belief in God and the day of Resurrection.
4- To agree with what God wants for him in all
affairs.
5- To be the man of his word, with God and
people.
6- Knowledge of religion and to comply with it.
7- Patience, that is to be patient for God's
sake and people.
Now some comply with one, some with two and some
with three shares.
Wednesday 2010-03-10
Honored prophet (S.A) declares: There are four
groups who cause people and the world to be
alive and lasting. (When we say honored prophets
"S.A" that is the essence of one hundred and
twenty four thousand prophets "A.S".)
1- Those who learn Quran commandments and our
tradition and comply with them and teach them to
people.
2- Those who come and learn with modesty and
hearty consent and comply with them.
3- Openhanded people who give charity with no
expectation.
4- Those who stand for their religion and God to
the last breath and become martyr.
There are four groups who always bother people
and ruin their world and hereafter.
1- The irreligious jealous.
2- The dishonorable stingy because of whom all
people's sorrow is.
3- The hypocrite feudist.
4- The selfish arrogant.
Holy prophet (S.A) declared:
O' God keep me safe from blindness after vision.
O' God keep me safe from damnation after
guidance. Those who do these bad things do them
after knowledge.
O' God keep me safe from friends and
acquaintances that conceal my goodness and
renown my badness.
Be aware that Islam is naked, its value, dress
and grace is in Quran commandments and my
tradition.
Monday 2010-03-08
Holy prophet (S.A) declares:
Try to do any deed for God's sake, specially
learning knowledge.
Those who learn knowledge for showing off will
die ignorant.
Those who learn knowledge for telling the others
and not for complying with it will die feudist.
Those who learn knowledge for arguing will die
lecher.
Those who learn knowledge for increasing their
wealth will die irreligious.
Those who learn knowledge for God's sake and
comply with it will die knowing and godly and
accept right calls and enter Heaven.
Wednesday
2010-03-03
Honored prophet (S.A) declared:
The things which take my people to Hell most are
stomach, lust and libido.
I am terrified for my people of three things:
1- Going astray after guidance and knowledge.
2- Misleading seditions.
3- Lust, gluttony and craving luxury.
There is no worship better than purity of tongue
and avoidance of lust.
Monday 2010-03-01
Glorious God inspired to the Holy
prophet (S.A): O' Mohammad, Do you know
when a believer becomes a perfect man? Hazrat
(S.A) declared: No, but you know.
God declared: whenever seven characteristics are
gathered in him:
1- Righteousness which prevents him from
committing sin. That is to surrender oneself to
God.
2- Silence which prevents him from talking
nonsense.
3- Fear of God and attention to him, so that he
sees God when he wants to commit a sin, and
fears him.
4- Modesty so that he is shamed of God in
solitude which prevents him from committing sin.
5- Contentment which makes him satisfied with
one kind of meal or an ordinary dress.
6- To be enemy to the mortal world, for God is
the mortal world's enemy.
7- To like believers and good people, for I as
your God like them.
Wednesday 2010-02-24
Devil told some of the prophets such as Noah
(A.S) and Moses (A.S): Be aware of the fact that
I am present at serious moments:
For instance, I am there when you become angry.
I tempt you until you are condemned to Hell.
I am there when you envy, I tempt you until you
are condemned to Hell.
When a man and a woman (Who are Namahram to each
other.) are together, I tempt them until they
are condemned to Hell.
At the times of arrogance and pride I am there.
I am there when you attest, for not being able
to judge well.
Monday 2010-02-22
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declares: God
condemns six groups in Hell on the day of
resurrection:
1- Arabs for their bigotry; bigotry should be
for God's sake.
2- The rich and the masters for their arrogance.
3- Lords and chives for oppressing and hurting
people.
4- Jurists for their jealousy towards each
other.
5- Tradesmen for their untruthfulness in their
business.
6- The rural people for their ignorance and not
willing to learn their religious commandments.
These are stupid and ignorant in this world and
burning in Hell in the other.
Wednesday 2010-02-17
Imam Sadigh (A.S) declares:
The statesmen should be just. The unjust
statesmen are as fruitless as a cloud which
doesn't rain.
The impatient poor are like a lamp with no
light.
The scientist should be righteous. The
unrighteous scientists are like a tree with no
leaf.
The ungenerous rich are like a land with no
plant.
The young should always repent. The young who
don’t repent are like a stream with no water.
The value of a woman is in her modesty and hijab
(covering herself before men) the immodest women
are like a meal with no taste.
Monday 2010-02-15
Hazrat Ali (A.S)
declares: How nice it is to make friends for
God's sake and in his path.
O' people, your children and your wealth are
mortal world's cultivation, and good and holy
deeds are total other world's cultivations. God
has provided people with all these gifts. Good
for those who enjoy both.
O' people, those who respect people because of
their title, position or wealth, have lost one
third of their religion.
O' people, those who read Quran and finally end
up in Hell after death, are among those who have
made fun of Quran in their lives.
O' Komeil, learn to be wise and avoid speaking
nonsense to be religious.
O' Komeil, when God taught you your religion, it
doesn't matter if you know anyone or anyone
knows you. Just be happy that you have known
your religion.
Wednesday 2010-02-10
Loqman told his son: dear son,
everything has a sign, and there are four signs
for a wise believer:
1- Learning moral and holy knowledge.
2- Hearty belief, that is to believe the holy
commands by all heart.
3- Doing what God has ordered them by all means.
4- Saying prayers and fasting.
The first three signs are more important than
saying prayers and fasting.
Mola Ali (A.S) declares: People
are divided into three groups:
1- Holy scientists who learn knowledge for God's
sake.
2- Students of the salvation path.
3- And the last group is like a mosquito
drifting as the wind blows.
Monday 2010-02-08
Hazrat Ali (A.S) was asked: who
is magnanimous and gentleman? He declared:
1- The one who accepts the right advice.
2- When you obey him, he repays, that is to
repay you when you do him a favor.
3- When you object him, he treats back kindly.
That is if you do something wrong to him or fall
out with him, he reacts with kindness and
compassion.
4- He calls back those who turn him away. If
someone ignores him he doesn’t fall out.
5- He approaches those who turn him away, and he
reconciles those who are hostile to each other.
6- He shows complete honesty to those who trust
him. He doesn’t betray those who trust him.
Wednesday 2010-02-03
Hazrat Ali (A.S)
declares: Experience is superior to
knowledge; that is to learn good deeds from
people.
Half of the faith is listening to advice; that
is to accept the right advice openly. The other
half of the faith is surrendering before
glorious God.
Those who have led a bad life have done what
they wanted. They have had bad days and they
became remorseful and fell on the ground and
could not stand again.
Imam Reza (A.S) was asked: How
did you spent last night? He (A.S) replied:
whilst God was observing me, the Hell was before
my eyes and the angles were waiting for my deeds
to write them down. They write all deeds either
good or bad. I spent the night till morning
whilst my life was running so quickly.
Monday 2010-02-01
All the pure Imams (A.S) declare: There are
three things which result in happiness for
everyone in the two worlds:
1- Religious manner and morality.
2- Kindness toward people for God's sake, in a
way that God approves.
3- Forgiveness for God's sake.
There are three things which cause misery for
people in the two worlds, especially New Year's
Eve:
1- Jealousy which has made all people condemned
to Hell.
2- To indulge in alluring things for this
alluring world will debilitate him!
3- Emulation which deprives man of comfort.
May God save us from these three misdeeds.
Wednesday 2010-01-27
Honored prophet (S.A) declares:
Bases of atheism are four things:
1- To have greed, that is to be discontented
with one's own share.
2- Inappropriate fear, in other words, when you
are in a ceremony and it's the prayers time and
the others are backbiting and reveling, your
fear from them prevents you to say your prayers.
Or a man fears his wife and commits a sin for
her sake or he does not tell her the right. And
vice the versa! A woman fears her husband and
commits a sin for his sake or she does not tell
him the right.
3- Discontent with life, that is to aspire the
mortal world and its trappings. The master
declared: These days most of the people have 90
percent of what they need or want and they are
not happy or thankful for them. Besides, they
are sad for the 10 percent which they lack.
4- Improper anger, that is getting angry is
proper and right only for God's sake. It is
mentioned in a hadith that if an allowed matter
becomes forbidden or a forbidden matter becomes
allowed and you do not become angry like a shot
tiger, you are not a true believer.
Monday 2010-01-25
Hazrat Ali (A.S)
declares:
Half of knowledge is being aware of your own
ignorance, the other half is asking with modesty
in order to learn.
If you want to know how much you are wise,
notice how much you like it when given some
advice.
If you want to know how much you are ignorant,
notice how much you dislike it when given some
advice.
Even if someone tells you something wrong it's
not wise of you to become sad.
Whenever you expect someone to do something good
for you, you do it for him first. And whenever you
want to do something bad to someone, do it to
yourself first. So you will know how it tastes?
For what you do to the others, will turn back to
yourself. You will fall into the hole which you
have dug for the others. You reap what you
sow.
Wednesday 2010-01-20
The fourth blest Imam (A.S) declares:
There is no greatness and nobility but in showing modesty and
courtesy before people.
No one will be dear unless they be righteous and obedient before
God.
No work will be valuable in this world but the one which is done
with justice.
No one is servant and nor have they done servitude, unless they
worship God.
And the wise who pray like the ignorant, break the heart of the
holy prophet (A.S).
Beware that the worst enemy of God are those who follow the one
who is not himself obedient to God and to the prophet (S.A).
The holy prophet (S.A) declared: After faith in
God, there is nothing more wisely and worthy than making friends
for God's sake and become enemy to some other people for God's
sake.
The most suffered people are those who avoid committing sin.
Monday 2010-01-18
Glorious God declares in the holy hadith: As I do not demand
that you do your tomorrow's prayers, you also do not request
from me your tomorrow's livelihood. If you be content with your
share, you'll have a healthy heart and your body will be in
peace and comfort, and you'll be honorable and admirable.
But if you be malcontent, I dominate the world upon you, so that
you will run after anything you need like a gazelle in the
wilderness and you achieve nothing but what I destine for you,
just you will be strayed and blamed.
There are three consequences in craving the mortal world:
1- Endless difficulties and sorrows.
2- Desires that you will never achieve.
3- You will lose your hope to anything.
So try to be content in life to achieve your demands and be calm
and successful in your life.
Wednesday 2010-01-13
Honored prophet (S.A) declares:
Inmates of Hell have three characteristics:
1- Arrogance and egocentricity which is very
bad.
2- Lying, in which all sins are integrated.
3- Immorality, that is any speech or act which
is not approved by God.
And he declares again: There
are three things which stabilize friendship:
1- To tell a friend's fault as a mirror. The
mirror whispers your faults to you, neither less
nor more. It doesn’t either betray or tell it to
someone else. The mirror tells it for your
beauty.
2- To conserve his reputation behind his back.
3- To help him with difficulties.
And be aware that the jealous do not rest at
peace.
Monday 2010-01-11
Honored prophet (S.A) declares: God
declares: I like three deeds and I give fine
rewards for them:
1- Doing religious duties, that is to say the
right either it might harm him or be profitable
to him, either people like it or not.
2- Showing modesty before people and before the
right advice.
3- Doing good deeds for people only for God's
sake.
He furthermore (S.A) added:
Stupidity has three characteristics:
1- Improper jokes and wrong humor.
2- Improper and taboo hobbies, such as
backbiting, wrong accusing and palavering.
3- Anger and violence which is not for God's
sake.
Wednesday 2010-01-06
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declares:
Some die and make people happy, but,
this is the beginning of their own misery! Some
others die and reach happiness while bring
sorrow to people.
O' people, show goodness until it becomes a
trait; show goodness to become one of the good.
If a disaster comes to you, sacrifice your
wealth for your life. If your religion is hurt,
sacrifice your life for your religion. Be aware
that one who loses his religion is perished.
And one is rubbed whose religion has been taken
from. So as long as paradise exists, there will
be no poverty, and as long as hell exists, there
will be no wealth and might!
O' people, a servant of God has not tasted true
faith in God; otherwise he would never lie,
either for fun or seriously, either big or
small.
O' people I have never seen someone more abject
and oppressed than a jealous.
Monday 2010-01-04
Imam Hassan Askari (A.S) declares: How bad it is
when a Moslem desires something from inside
which makes him abject.
O' people, there is no comfort and joy of life
for the jealous nor is there bravery and
conscience in the liar. For permanence of your
honor be content with your solitude.
O' people, two things perish people in any
zeitgeist:
1- Fear of poverty, that is they commit any
crime for mortal world's sake and in order not
to become poor.
2- Having pride and showing themselves off, that
is they commit any sin to showing themselves
off!
O' people, avoid loving mortal world for it is
the cause of any sin or disastrous path and
accompanies any sedition, and makes trouble.
Those who are possessed by the mortal world will
become abject.
O' people, any look that doesn’t teach a lesson
is absurd. Any silence, in which there is no
reflection, is ignorance. Any speech, in which
there is no God recall, is useless.
Wednesday 2009-12-30
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declares: you
need three things to become a perfect human:
1- To understand religion, from the holy Quran,
the holy prophet (S.A) and his progeny (A.S).
2- To watch your tongue in all affairs.
3- To be aware of their zeitgeist and not to be
deceived by
Furthermore Mola Ali (A.S) was asked:
7- Who is the most patient? He declared: Those
who overcome their anger.
8- Who is the most determined? He declared:
Those who are not deceived by flatterers and are
consistent inside.
9- Who is the most foolish? He declared: Those
who see the world being ruined and yet be
deceived by it.
10- Who is the most remorseful? He declared:
Those who are deprived of this world and the
hereafter. It means that either they are poor
and have not had a good life in this world or
they have not worshipped God to benefit the
hereafter.
11- Who is the blindest? He declared: those who
are hypocrites in worshipping God and their
deeds are not for His sake.
12- Who is the most content? He declared: Those
who are content with what God has given to them.
13- Who is the biggest sinner? He declared:
Those who commit sin in religion. It means they
like mortal world and its desires.
14- Who is the dearest to God? He declared:
Those who are practically waiting for the Master
of zeitgeist (Imam Mahdi A.S the savoir).
Monday 2009-12-28
Hazrat
Ali (A.S) declares: Three things are needed for perfection
in religion:
1- To be advisable, that is to keep a piece of advice in mind.
2- Inner adviser, that is to advise oneself.
3- Divine help in success. No one will succeed in anything unless
God makes him successful.
Mola Ali (A.S) was asked:
1- On which day are we stronger? He declared: On the day that you
overcome your ego.
2- Which contempt is the worst? He declared: When your greed of the
mortal world dominates you.
3- Which poverty is the most severe? He declared: When atheism and
misdeeds dominate you.
4- Which friend is the worst? He declared: one who helps you with
committing sin.
5- Which people are the worst? He declared: those who sell their
religion for the sake of others' mortal world.
6- Which people are the cleverest? Those who recognize the right
path and avoid the wrong one.
Wednesday 2009-12-23
Imam Kazem (A.S) declares: Dear son, always
blame yourself in servitude and worship of God.
Imam Bagher (A.S) declares: O' Jaber, God does
not free you from defect and delinquency. It
means that God makes you succeed to feel that
your worships are scanty and imperfect so that
you will not exhibit pride.
Mola Ali (A.S) declares: Those who keep knocking
a door will finally get that door opened. It
means those who knock the door of God's house,
God will submit their prayer.
Those who trouble themselves in improving their
ego will gain bliss and happiness.
He further (A.S) declared: Those who prioritize
their wisdom to their desire, their deeds and
attempts will become always good and admirable.
Mola Ali (A.S) declares: Perfect happiness is
attempting to improve one's society.
And he added: Never stop attempting to improve
your ego! For nothing but your effort can lead
you to God and humanity.
Monday 2009-12-21
Honored prophet (S.A)
declares: An informer should be the subject of
resentment and there is no honesty in his
friendship. For there are nine ruinous
characteristics in him:
1- He is a liar.
2- He backbites.
3- He is not a man of his word.
4- He is a traitor.
5- He is janus-faced. (hypocrisy, duplicity,
blarney)
6- He is jealous.
7- He is disunites.
8- He is incentive and it is said in the Holy
Quran: Being incentive is worse than homicide.
9- He is crafty and cunning.
An informer is someone who ruins relationships
between people. Woe betide the censorious!
Informer will not enter Heaven.
And he declared: Do I introduce you the worst
people? Yes!... That is the informer!
Wednesday 2009-12-16
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declares: God
made me the leader of his people and
necessitated that I live like the poor in
eating, drinking and clothing, so that they
follow my poverty and are not unhappy with their
own poverty and the rich do not rebel and revolt
in their affluence.
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declared to Imam
Hossein (A.S) in his advices: Those who
show arrogance to people will become despicable
and abject.
So many are the honored people who became abject
by their bad temper, and so many are the
worthless people that their good characteristics
glorified them.
I advise you to be righteous and do not master
others over yourself by committing sin and do
not make yourself abject, for those who are
enslaved by desires will become more despicable
and abject than a slave.
Monday 2009-12-14
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declares:
O'you, who wants to be beautiful and nice and
kind, there is no friend better than keeping
your tongue.
There is no dress more beautiful than
surrendering before God, the holy prophet (S.A)
and his progeny's (A.S) tradition.
There is no wealth purer and more worthwhile
than contentment; that contentment itself is
wealth.
There is no benefaction better than kindness for
God's sake.
There is no meal more delicious and greater than
patience in the way of God's religion.
Holy prophet (A.S) declares:
In unison and fraternity be eternal like a
comb's cohesive tines.
For stability in the way of your religion and
your country be like masonary.
To lead and guide each other be like a mirror. A
mirror reveals your uglyness and beauty in a
gentle way, noting more and noting less. It
reveals for yourself not for the others, and its
aim is to conserve your honor.
Wednesday 2009-12-09
Because of the incoming New Year and people's
preparation for the holidays, seven valuable
sentences from the honored prophet (S.A) are
offered as a gift to families in order to lessen
the quarrels between them in these days:
Honored prophet (S.A) declares:
there are three women who are safe from the
grave torment and relived with Fatima Zahra
(S.A) on the day of resurrection:
1- A woman who stands by his husband when he is
impoverished, and helps him.
2- A woman who is not in accord with luxury, and
who does not quarrel with her husband when he's
not wealthy.
3- A woman who gives up her dowry to his husband
for God's sake.
Then he (S.A) declared: people
strive for four things:
1- They strive for wealth and opulence while it
is found in contentedness, not in extravagance
and being lavish.
2- People seek comfort in this world while it is
found in a simple life not in excessive avarice.
3- People strive to diminish their sorrow.
Sorrow is diminished through unburdening and
moderate desire. If you do not get yourselves
over-occupied or in debt, there will be no
sorrow.
4- Some people seek honor, God declares: "Honor"
belongs to God, the prophet (S.A) and true
believers. Honor is in worship and servitude and
it won't be gained in any other way.
Monday 2009-12-07
Hazrat Ali (A.S) was asked:
"What is servitude?" He (A.S) replied: A
believer servant has five characteristics:
1-He evacuates his heart from jealousy, enmity and hypocrisy, and he does not accept forbidden food or money and he is not flatterer and crafty.
2- He reads Quran and understands and complies
with its commandments.
3-He is heedful toward his prayers. It means
his prayers prevent him from committing sin.
4-He shows courtesy and modesty before God and the prophet (S.A) and his progeny (A.S). It means he surrenders before commandments of God and the prophet (S.A) and his progeny (A.S).
5-He moans day and night before God and asks God: "O' God direct me and don’t leave me by myself."
Wednesday 2009-12-02
Imam Ali (A.S) declares:
A God's servant never makes a too long wish
unless he forgets the other world and looses it.
Human is the most similar thing to a scale, for
he is neglected with the smallest ignorance and
he is valued with moral knowledge.
O' people, cursing a believer is sin and
debauchery. Fighting with a believer is atheism.
A believer's wealth is venerable like his blood.
O' people, a believer observes and he is
counseled. When he keeps silent he muses and
when he talks he recalls God's name. A believer
gives alms when he becomes wealthy and when he
is impoverished he waits patiently. A believer
is content with God soon enough and hardly does
he get angry with God. A believer is content
with getting little and he does not become
selfish and arrogant with gaining so much.
But a hypocrite:
He is too busy to observe. When he is silent he is in negligence. And when he speaks, he talks nonsense.
Monday 2009-11-30
Honored prophet (S.A) declares:
when someone does not intentionally say his
morning prayers, an angel addresses him: "O'
loser!" If he doesn't say his midday prayers,
the angel addresses him: "O' traitor! You have
betrayed yourself." If he does not say his
afternoon prayers an angel would label him: "O'
irreligious!"
If he doesn't say his sunset prayer, an angel
calls him: "O' heathen!" If he doesn't say his
evening prayers, an angel tells him: "There is
no hope to your goodness and usefulness
anymore."
Then he (S.A) declared: God
places five groups under his blessing shade in
the day that all are harmed and upset:
1- Those who are heedful toward their prayers.
It means their prayers prevent them from
committing sin. And people who fast and are
righteous.
2- Those who pay their khoms (One fifth of the
income which is extra in an annual cycle.) and
alms obligatory. Eye's khoms is not looking at
forbidden things. Tongue's khoms is not to tell
lies, and ear's khoms is not to listen to
forbidden things.
3- Fighters who fight in God's path. That is the
clerks who do not do well at work and those who
do not use people's money for their personal use
and do not misbehave or are not in accord with
misdeeds!
4- They resort with relatives and friends for
God's sake, make friends for God's sake and
become angry for God's sake.
5- Those who perform an acceptable Hadj. That is
to gain salvation. Imam Reza (A.S) was asked:
What is an acceptable Hadj? He (A.S) replied: It
is when someone gains salvation and has saved
himself from committing sins.
Wednesday 2009-11-25
Imam Sadigh (A.S) declares:
How good it is when a believer has these ten
characteristics:
1- Not to flatter or to be crafty.
2- To be noble in severities like having high
positions and ranks.
3- To be patient and tolerant in disasters and
difficulties.
4- Not to lose himself and his personality when
is gifted galore. And to thank God by doing good
deeds.
5- To be content with what God has given to him
and does not do misdeeds for gaining earthy
possessions.
6- Not to be cruel to his enemies, not to be in
accord with their sins, and not to dishonor
them.
7- Not to put his burden on his friends'
shoulders.
8- Not to commit sin for his friends' sake.
9- To expose his body to difficulty and suffer
for God's sake for improving his own personality
and morality.
10- Not to cause people pain and harassment. And
they be hopeful to his goodness towards them.
Monday 2009-11-23
Mola Ali (A.S) was asked: what
is servitude and who is God's servant? He (A.S)
declared: He has five characteristics:
1- God's servant frees his heart from jealousy
and enmity and hypocrisy and do not eat
illegitimate food.
2- He reads Quran and understands and follows
its commandments for God's sake.
3- He is heedful toward his prayers. It means
his prayers prevent him from committing sin.
4- He heartily shows courtesy and modesty before
God and prophet (S.A) and his progeny (A.S).
5- He moans day and night before God until He
directs him.
When he became such a human he will live
among five lights:
1- His arrival is light.
2- His departure is light.
3- His science is light, because he has taken it
from God and the prophet (S.A).
4- His speech is light, because he has taken it
from God and the prophet (S.A).
5- His entrance to the Day of Resurrection is
light.
Wednesday 2009-11-18
Honored prophet (S.A) declares:
Those who help poor people with their wealth and
treat them with just, are real believers and
true followers of Islam.
Mola Ali (A.S) declares: None
of the people would abandon religious
commandments for world's benefit, otherwise God
torments them.
He continued: Poverty and destitution are the
cause of religious defeat and antagonizing. So
do not impoverish yourself by being lavish.
Mola Ali (A.S) declares: O'
people, consider your good deeds little of worth
although they might be very worthy, and always
account your misdeeds big.
A man demanded: O' Ali (A.S) advise me. He (A.S) declared: I advise you to consider your good deeds scanty, however they might be big, but consider your misdeeds big although they might be little.
Monday 2009-11-16
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declares:
O' people, avoidance of committing sin is easier
than repentance. God blesses those who struggle
against their ego and rescue themselves from
Hell in both worlds.
O' people there are signs for humanity and being
religious:
1- Honesty in all affairs.
2- Trusteeship in all situations.
3- To be a man of your word. When you give your
word to someone you should keep it.
4- To resort with people who do not destroy your
religion.
5- To have mercy towards incapables.
6- To rarely talk to women except for when it is
about the right path and theology.
7- To be good tempered to the point that does
not cause straying from God's path.
8- Generosity to all people.
9- Complete patience.
10- To follow knowledge of religion.

following Quran's commandments and the holy
prophet's (S.A) tradition.

Honored prophet (S.A) asked Gabriel:
What is the reward for the good deeds and the
charity people do. Gabriel replied:
1- Your charity and pardon to a healthy person
has a reward of 70 times for you.
2- If you give that charity to a handicapped or
the ill it has a reward of 700 times.
3- If you give that to your parents it has a
reward of 70000 times.
4- But if you give that in the path of divine
and religion knowledge it has a reward of 100000
times.
So be aware of your good deeds' value.
Holy prophet (S.A) declared:
your grave calls you five times a day:

comrade with you.
2- I am the place of worms and serpents, so
bring something that can rescue you.
3- I am the house of darkness, so bring a light
with your good deeds.
4- I am the house of soil, so bring a carpet
with you.
5- I am the house of poverty and misery, so
bring a treasure with you.
So do not be indifferent as long as you live in
this world, because we have these difficulties
after death.

knowledge is wasted. It means all deeds should
be for God's sake.

3- A deed which is not sincere and for God's
sake is gone with the wind.
4- Sincerity which is not protected with
perseverance is wasted.
5- Perseverance which is not ended up in good is
destroyed, because deeds are to be ended up in
good.
Imam Sadigh (A.S) was asked: In what way is this
world a comfortable place? He (A.S) declared:
It's in abandoning our ego. He (A.S) was asked:

(A.S) declared: It's a place of comfort when you
find yourself in Heaven.

Imam
Ali (A.S) declares: Abandoning five
things would make people righteous and believer
and worthy:
1- They are content with their knowledge and are
lazy and do not seek knowledge of wisdom and
religion.
2- They have a voracious greed towards the
world.
3- The third thing which makes people remain
ignorant is to grudge people and increase their
own wealth.
4- The fourth thing which caused them not to
improve in religion is pretending and hypocrisy,
that is to do deeds not for God's sake.
5- The fifth thing which caused people to remain
in stupidity and ignorance is being egotist and
egoist and arrogant.
Monday 2009-11-02

(A.S) declares: Attend to Quran and
follow it's commandments in order to rescue from
difficulties and quarrels. For all affairs and
deeds are in God's hand.
Holy prophet (S.A) declares: A believer has five
features:
1- Being righteous in solitude. While there is
no one with him, he notices God and avoids
committing sin.
2- He is charitable and helps people, while he
himself is poor.
3- He tolerates all disasters and difficulties
and asks harbor from God.
4- He is honest while he fears or he
compliments.
5- He shows mansuetude while he is angry.

my interior will be made to be your home.
2- You have fun on me but you will be sad
inside.
3- You commit sin on me and you will be
tormented inside.
4- You laugh on me and you will cry inside.
5- You eat illegitimate food on me and inside
you will be the food of worms and serpents.
So do deeds which make your first night in the
grave, your night of comfort.

Wednesday 2009-10-21
Honored prophet
(S.A) declares:
- The stingiest people are those who do not
greet others. For greeting has 70 rewards, 69 of
which belongs to the greeter, and one reward
belongs to the responder.
- The laziest people are those who sit idle
without remembering and mentioning God's name.
- The worst thief is one who steals from his
prayers and undervalues it like an old dress.
This prayer will be thrown back to his own face
in the other world.
- The worse unmerciful person is who hear my
name and do not say Salavat* for me.
- The worse incapable of people is one who fails
to pray while praying solves all difficulties.
* We say
Salavat is in order to show and send respect to
our prophet (S.A) and his progeny. In Arabic,
Salavat is performed as follows: "Allahoma sale
alaa mohammad va aale mohammad".

Abothar said:
Honored Prophet (A.S) held my hand and declared:
There are five deeds that if one does
them, will be better than all:
1- To avoid committing sin in order to be the
most devout of people. The most devout people
are the most surrendered before God and prophets
(A.S).
2- To be satisfied with the share that God has
given to him, in order to be the richest of all.
For to be wealthy is to be independent.
3- To be gracious to the neighbors for God's
sake and in his path, in order to gain the most
salvation.
4- The things he wants for himself are the
things he wants for the others, so that he will
be an honored and wise Moslem.
5- Not to laugh too much, for laughing too much
makes the heart wear out and destroys human's
dignity and honor.
Wednesday 2009-10-14
Honored prophet (S.A) declares:
Glorious God honors five groups before the
angels:
1- Fighters for Gods' sake. (Those who avoid
committing sin are the best fighters.)
2- The poor who do not sell their religion to
the mortal world. (They are patient in poverty
and tolerate it and do not do anything wrong.)
3- The youths who prostrate for God. (Those who
pray and obey God when they are young.)
4- The wealthy and the rich who give much alms
but do not oblige or show off.
5- People who cry in solitude from the fear of
God and avoid committing sin.
Monday 2009-10-12

1- He is not the same inside and outside.
2- He betrays trusteeship and commits treason.
3- He lies when he talks.
4- The most important of all is that he cannot
be preached.
O' God, protect us against hypocrites.
Believers also have four
characteristics:
1- They care about their prayers.
2- They are honest.
3- They care about fasting.
4- They are charitable.
Wednesday 2009-10-07
Imam Sadegh (A.S)
declares: ten things make human
moralities perfect:
1- Real frustration from people’s possessions.
2- Honesty.
3- Trusteeship (It could be a secret between you
and someone else that you should not reveal it
or could be a thing that you should keep safe
and give it back to its owner.)
4- To resort with good and wise people.
5- To be hospitable to guests for God's sake.
(Someone who does not squander.)
6- To feed the poor.
7- Compensate beneficences, that is to make
things up for others.
8- To care about neighbor's right.
9- To care about friends’ right.
10- The most important of all is "modesty". For
morality is to be modest before God and His
creatures.
Monday 2009-10-05
Imam Sadegh (A.S) declares: Ten
groups of people should not greed in ten things:
1- Those who are arrogant should not greed in
reputation.
2- Those who are crafty should not greed in
having real friends.
3- Those who are impolite should not expect
respect from the others.
4- Those who are stingy should not expect anyone
to respect them.
5- Those who ridicule others should not expect
in having real friends.
6- Those who are illiterate and inexpert should
not judge.
7- Those who are jealous should not greed in
life comfort and a healthy heart.
8- Those who are censorious should not greed in
magnificence and honor.
9- Those who are unskilled and selfish should
not expect presidency.
10- Those who backbite should not expect people
leave them in comfort!
Wednesday 2009-09-30
Imam Sadegh (A.S) declares: listen to and follow
those who make you cry but advise you and
improve your perception and knowledge. Do not
follow those who deceive you with their lies and
wrong desires of epoch, and mislead you.
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declares: Holy prophet (S.A)
advised me: there are five things which causes
the heart to wear out:
1. Eating too much! Master declared not only it
makes human sick but also ruins honor and
esteem.
2. Sleeping too much! It is the cause of sloth
and indolence and misery.
3. Laughing too much! It wrecks reputation and
prestige.
4. Regretting which demolishes the heart and
afflicts the life.
5. Eating illegitimate food that causes
committing all sins.
Monday 2009-09-28
Blest Imam Ali
(A.S) declares:
O' people, avoiding sins is easier than
repenting. There are so many people who after an
hour spent with joy and liberty and being far
from religion have a very long sadness and
sorrow a head.
O' people death is the scandal of mortal world,
for what you desired will be destroyed, and what
you achieved illegitimately will destroy by the
other's hands. So this doom has left no joy for
any mortal world's lover or sapient.
O' people, moral science prevents concupiscence
and its' indocility.
O' people, those people who become sad of
unreasonable sayings about them are not wise.
And those people who believe an ignorant's comment are not
wise either.
Wednesday 2009-09-23
Blest Imam Ali (A.S) declares:
listen and comprehend and believe then do it, to
gain salvation.
Then he declares: O' people, be aware that the
tongue lowers you except for right speaking
(That is to speak of God and prophet's "S.A"
tradition.) which makes human superb and noble.
O' people, a believer does not flatter.
O' people, a believer is not jealous.
O' people, a believer does not lie and does not
talk unjustifiably.
O' people, a believer does not cause dispute
between people.
O' people, a believer is not crafty.
Be aware that those who tell a lie or a false
idea against someone in order to satisfy the
other one, God punishes them in this world sadly
and bitterly.

Abuzar
(Peace be upon him.) said: Prophet (S.A) advised
me:
1- Always observe people who are lower than you
(in wealth).
2- Do not observe the uppers. (If you look at
the uppers, you are never satisfied with life
and God.)
3- Do like poor people. (It means not to look
them with scorn, for someday you might be in
their situation.)
4- Do tell the right although it might be
bitter, either for or against you, favorable or
unfavorable to people.
5- Resort with good people who do not injure
your religion, although they might ignore you.
6- In your deeds, do not fear of anybody's
rebuke. (For what you do must be for God's
sake.)
Wednesday 2009-09-16
Someone asked Imam Sadegh (A.S):
Do you consider all of these people good? He
(A.S) answered: There are eight groups that you
should avoid them:
1- Those who do not brush their teeth.
2- Those who sit widely and comfortably when
there is lack of sitting place. (It means that
they don’t care about others.)
3- Those who do useless works.
4- Those who argue about religion without
knowledge. (It means that they don’t know
religion well and they argue about it.)
5- Those who complain with no pain and annoy
others.
6- Those who are depressed while no disaster has
happened to them! (As our master declares: Those
who remember God's name have no depression.)
7- Those who object their friends in a right
subject which is agreed by all. (As our master
declares: except for the times when it is
rejected or not approved by Quran.)
8- Those who brag about their fathers and
ancestors. (It means that he says I am the son
of this guy or the daughter of that guy!)
Monday 2009-09-14
Imam Ali (A.S)
declares:
Base of all sins and atheism are four things:
1- To be infatuated with the mortal world. That
is to try to achieve what one desires regardless
of how it is gained!
2- To be scared of giving others advice in order
to do good deeds and avoid misdeeds.
3- Enmity, that is to feel rancor against
people. Every night one should think deeply and
forget all enmities and annoyances for God's
sake. And he should declare to God: O' God I
forgave him for your sake.
4- To rage at people. It means that one becomes
angry with people unreasonably.
Then our master continued: There are deeds or
characteristics which are more important than
praying and fasting and if we don't quit them,
they will destroy our good deeds: It is
necessary for us to quit:
1- Backbiting.
2- Lying.
3- Provocation.
4- Jealousy.
5- Unseasonable anger.
6- Inappropriate gatherings.
Wednesday 2009-09-09
Hazrat Ali
(A.S) declares: There are eight groups
who should punish themselves while they are sad:
1- Those who call on someone at the meal time
while being uninvited.
2- Those who overrule their host. (It means he
orders and he has unseasonable demands from his
host.)
3- Those who expect generosity from their
enemies. (It means he is aware of that person's
enmity, and he expects openhandedness.)
4- Those who ask for grandness from unprincipled
and stingy people. (It means that some people
are essentially immoral and stingy but he
expects them to help him.)
5- Those who interfere people's private
conversations.
6- Those who insult nobles and elders.
7- Those who participate in inappropriate
gatherings.
8- Those who speak to someone who doesn't listen
to them.
Monday 2009-09-07
Our honored prophet
(S.A) declares:
There is no good (advantage) in praying without
humility (to be inattentive) and without heart
calmness.
There is no good in fasting without avoiding
rant! It means human's tongue should be in
control.
There is no good in reading Quran without musing
and understanding the meaning!
There is no good in wealth without generosity!
It means wealth should be gained legitimately
and its owner should be generous and spend it
for God's sake.
There is no good in solitude without avoiding
sins! That is to avoid doing a sin in aloneness
while you can do it.
Non-lasting gift and insincere pray are
worthless.
There is no good in glorifying God (That is to
say: Praise be to God! Thank God!) without right
deeds!
Wednesday 2009-09-02
Our honored prophet (S.A) declares:
Then it will come to my people that they forget
five things before five things:
1- They go after mortal world (In order to gain
wealth and power). They try to establish better
situation in this mortal world and they lose
hereafter.
2- They become interested in wealth but they are
not aware of its affairs. For wealth should be
gained in a legitimate way, and should be spent
just enough and carefully.
3- Make love and affection with women and lose
heaven and houris (virgins of paradise) with big
eyes. Our master explained: There are two types
of bad women: one type are those who are unwell
and nasty that their company causes the loss of
Heaven. The second type are wives who are
indifferent in their husbands misdeeds and they
consult them regardless of God's commandments.
4- They show interest in the mortal world,
palaces and big houses but they forget their
grave and its darkness.
5- They love themselves, sacrifice everything
for themselves and forget God. They always
disobey God for themselves and their own
desires.
Monday 2009-08-31
Our honored prophet (S.A) declares:
When I was coming back from "Me'raj" I
saw three statements written on each door of the
Hell.
It was written on the first door of Hell:
1- God's curse upon the liars.
2- God's curse upon the miserly people. Those
who are miserly in others' good deeds!

approve others’ misdeeds are cruel.
It was written on the second door of Hell:
1- Those who hope to God become blissful and

the Day of Resurrection should take care of the

2- Those who do not want to be thirsty on the
Day of Resurrection should water thirsty people.
3- Those who do not want to be hungry and
disreputed on the Day of Resurrection should
feed people.

Holy prophet's words of wisdom:
- Quran cures people's pains if they understand
and follow it, because Quran declares: I am cure
and mercy for those who do my commandments, but
if they don’t, their miseries and difficulties
become worse.
- Friendship with believers and wise people is
half of wisdom, friendship with those who tell
you your defects.
- To think and contrive in spending money is the
whole wealth.
- O' people, to ask good questions is half of
knowledge and wisdom.
- Try not to increase your sorrow, because
sorrow is half of oldness. (That the most people
are suffering from it.)
- Mother’s milk changes baby's behavior. Try to
find a good wife for your later children and
take home legitimate meal.
- The bliss of your life is achieved by the
company of men of wisdom and faith.
Wednesday 2009-08-19

it grow for goodness.

everybody is in his hands except for five
groups:
1- Those who sincerely rely on God in all
circumstances. It means that God's remembrance
prevents them from committing sin.

mentioning God's name.
3- Those who want the things for the others
which they want for themselves, too, and if
don't want them, they don’t for the others as
well, and Devil may never overrule them.
4- Those who are patient for God's sake on the
occasion of committing sin.
5- Those who are content with what God brings
them. It means that they don’t rob or misdeed
for greed and the lack of money. Devil has no
power on these people.

Holy
prophet (S.A)
declares: At the night of Meraj* I went
to the Heaven and the Hell, and I was shown a

pronounced three
times: Blessedness is for believers! Then angels

4- The head of all this characteristics is
Jealousy.

punishment but do not do good deeds!
How strange are those who are aware of the honor
of understanding and wisdom, but he comports
with ignorance!
How strange are those who spend all their effort
for this mortal world, while they know they must
depart it!
How strange are those who misspend and neglect
hereafter, while they know they will die!
How strange are those who run after their whims,
and do not consider that death is after them!
Wednesday 2009-07-22
Honored prophet (A.S) declares:
1- If a nation perfidies, God will let the enemy
rule them.
2- Those who approve any commandment but God's,
glorious God would make them poor.
3- When adultery increased among people, sudden
deaths would increase, too. Our master
explained: backbiting and false accusation are
worse than adultery. To hang with women (except
for mother, sister or other women whom men can
not marry.) and flirt with them is much more
taboo.
4- Where deal in fraud, grows no plant. God

3- To suffer for achieving humane maturity.
4- To go after honesty and sincerity.
5- To prevent his desire from the demands of the
Zeitgeist (and life).
6- To make himself compatible with poverty.

They asked Hazrat Ali (A.S):
What is heavier than sky? He (A.S) replied:
accusing the innocent.
What is wider than earth? He (A.S) replied: the
domain of the right and knowing God.
What is more independent than the sea? He (A.S)
replied: the hearts of content people.
What is harder than stone? He (A.S) replied:
heart of hypocrite that nothing can tame it.
What is more burning than fire? He (A.S)
replied: cruel masters to people.
What is colder than Zamharir (That is a bitter
cold hell)? He (A.S) replied: to ask something
from the stingy.
What is more bitter than poison? He (A.S)
replied: patience for God's sake.

All innocent Imams
(A.S) declare: There are five signs for
a perfect religion:
1- Not to talk nonsense, and to talk right for
Gods' sake instead.
2- To argue less, because it's no work of the
wise men.
3- To forgive when they have done bad to you and
to response with good!
4- To show fortitude, that is to show serenity
in anger or plight.
5- Religious good-temper, that is to be the way
that glorious God approves.
Because all the adversities of people are due to
three things:
1- To commit sin and not to repent.
2- To be avaricious.
3- Impatience. Those who are patient are
successful in both worlds. (In
this world and hereafter.)
Wednesday 2009-07-06
Hazrat Ali (A.S)
was asked and he replied:
1- If you want company that is God, for those
who have God as their company will not get
depressed, nor will they commit sin.
2- If you want the world that is learning
lessons. Observe what destroyed him and what
made him achieve his goal.
3- If you want a friend that is the recorder of
your deeds. Be careful, whatever you do, good or
bad, big or small, they write them down.
4- If you want good business that is worship,
whatever someone does for God's sake is
considered worship.
5- If you want a mate that is Quran, if we read
Quran and learn its commandments, we will never
be alone.
6- If you want sermon that is death. If you know
that you will finally die, you will always think
of doing good deeds, and not committing sin.
Monday 2009-07-06
Glorious God told the holy prophet
(S.A): man will be complete when he
gets seven good qualifications:
1- To have such a belief and piety that prevents
him from committing sin.
2- To have such a silence that prevents him from
rant.
3- To Fear of God so that he pays more attention
to his acts and behaves and cries more (for his
sins).
4- To have pudency that makes him to be ashamed
of god in privacy.
5- To be content with having one kind of food in
a meal.
6- To be enemy with this mortal world, because
I, your God, am its enemy.
7- To Consider my friends their own.

Hazrat Ali (A.S)
declares:
the following are the characteristics of
believers and good people:
1- Those who earn money legitimately.
2- They are good-tempered and God approves their
behavior.
3- They don't spend their extra money
prodigally.
4- They avoid verbosity. That is they don't
backbite, libel or lie.
5- They are no harm to people.
6- They are fair in their deeds and God approves
their judgment.
Monday 2009-06-29
Our holy prophet (S.A) told Ali
(A.S): there are five misdeeds which
darken human's Heart. When the heart is
darkened, it will be destroyed:
1- Too much of eating, especially without
considering if it is legitimate* or not.
2- Too much of sleeping, for man should avoid
sloth.
3- Too much of laughing which leads man to be
exanimate.
4- Act in a way which causes sadness. When human
troubles himself, he darkens his heart.
5- Consuming illegitimate* property which
destroys faith.
*Legitimacy here refers to Islamic rules, not
political or social ones.
Our honored prophet (A.S) declares:
God has given Hazrat Ali (A.S) several
privileges that are more valuable than the whole
world and what's inside:
1- The flag of Hamd** is in his hands on the day
of resurrection.
2- He waters people from Kosar pool, and he
waters whoever recognized as my nation.
3- He shrouds me.
4- I am not worried about him, there is no
possibility that he sins after purity.
**Hamd means "magnify", and it is one of the
names of the first chapter of the holy Quran.
The other name of it is al-fatehah which means
"the key".
Monday 2009-06-22
Our honored prophet (A.S) declares:
the torture for four people is the worst and the
hardest. So severe is their torture that Hell
inhabitants complain: "O God save us from them":
1- Those who die indebted, so that they will be
in flaming coffins in Hell.
2- Those who do not avoid urine and excrement
and unclean things, so that their bowels are
dragged on the ground and stink!
3- Those men and women who enjoy adultery, so
that blood and lymph will come out of their
mouth.
4- Backbiters and those who spread telltales, so
that they will chew their own flesh in fire.
Wednesday 2009-06-17
Glorious God told Moses (A.S):
1- I put welfare and peace in Heaven, but people search for it
in the world and that troubles them.
2- I put knowledge in a righteous and pure heart, but people
search for it in eating and sleeping and lust!
3- I put the health of human's heart in avoiding arrogance and
enmity and greed, but people search for it in selfishness and
allegation.
4- I put honor and magnificence in vigil and praying to God, but
people search for it in courts and presidencies and positions.
5- I put sublimity and majesty in modesty, but people search for
it in arrogance and selfishness.
6- I put compliance of prayers in pure stomach, pure meal and
pure tongue, but people search for it in chaos and lies.
7- I put independence and wealth in content, but people search
for it in avarice and extravagance.
Monday 2009-06-15
Our honored prophet (A.S) declares:
when I went to Ascension (Me'raj of the holy
prophet Muhammad peace and blessing be upon him
and his progeny.), I saw that it was
written on the first door of Hell:
God's curse upon the liars, God's curse upon the
miserly, God's curse upon the brutes, for these
are the greatest sins, even if one of them be
among us.
It was written on the second door of
Hell: those who are hopeful to God
would catch bliss at heart. Those who fear God
would be safe. Proud is the one who is hopeful
to the others instead of God, and fears the
others rather than God.
It was written on the third door of
Hell: those who do not want to be naked
on the day of resurrection, have to clothe other
people's body in this world. Those who do not
want to be thirsty on the day of resurrection,
should water thirsty people and those who do not
want to be hungry on that day, feed hungry
people.
Wednesday 2009-06-10
Emam Reza (A.S) declares: there
are three characteristics that if one lacks
them, there will be no sign of humanity and
honor in him:
1- Divine character: God does not tell his
secrets to anybody and does not reveal people's
secrets. So be careful not to talk behind
anyone's back. Even some say they are talking
about one's characteristic. If you have seen his
deed with your own eyes and talk about it, it
would be backbiting, if you have not seen it and
mention it, it would be accusation.
2- Prophecy character: prophets (A.S) associate
with people, live with them, tell them to do the
right thing and not to do misdeeds, smile at
them, but they are not like them. It means that
they don’t get the color of their misdeeds, but
they try to teach them divine knowledge and
wisdom.
3- The twelve innocent Emams' (A.S) character:
patience in adversities, that is in hardships
and life violence we should save ourselves using
patience, prayer and worship. We should not feel
weak quickly and give up on our divine path.
Monday 2009-06-08
Our honored prophet (S.A) declares:
Worshipers are three divided into three
groups:
1- Some of them worship being scared of Hell.
This is the worship of slaves and bondsmen.
2- Some of them worship in greed of earning
premium. This is the worship of businessmen.
3- And some worship God truly. This is the right
deed and their worship is the worship of nobles.
Hazrat (S.A) asked some people: "Who are you?"
They replied: "We are the believers." He (S.A)
asked: "What are your characteristics?" They
replied:
1- In disasters we are patient and tolerant.
2- In welfare and comfort we are grateful.
3- And we admit God's destiny.
Hazrat (S.A) said:
I swear to God that you are
the believers.
Then, the holy prophet (A.S) declared:
There are
three benefits in belief:
1- Those who have belief, make friends in God's
path and for God's sake.
2- They become enemies for God's sake.
3- At the time of doing sin they are ashamed of
God. (So they do not do it.)
Wednesday 2009-06-03
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declares:
I
swear an oath to God who split the seed, if you
learned knowledge and wisdom from the right
source, and if you drank pleasant water safe,
and stored goodness and excellence from the
right place, and followed the path on its bright
side and walked on the right path, the paths
would become shiny, the signs would become
visible to you and Islam would shine for you,
and you would live peacefully with joy. Your
wife and children wouldn't be in adversity and
no Moslem would be oppressed. But you went
through the dark path and opened the misdeed
doors to yourselves. The world with all its
goodness and generosity became dark to you, and
the doors of knowledge and wisdom closed against
you. So you said what you wished, and
contradicted in God's religion. You arbitrated
in God's religion ignorantly and followed misled
people and they misled you. And you abandoned
your Imams and so did they. So you became
wretch, because you did what you desired!
Monday 2009-06-01
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declares: The
world is the home for truthfulness for those who
consider it in a truthful and friendly way.
The world is the home for health and safety for
those who know where and under whose supervision
he lives, that is glorious God.
The world is the place of wealth, for those who
pack their luggage for their hereafter.
The world is the home for prayers of God's
friends, and worship place for angles and the
place of God's oracle for the one who is
knowledgeable.
There is nothing better than the world, where is
the trade market of God's fans that they earn
the mercy of God in it.
Thus, those who knew God and became
knowledgeable would pack the most precious
luggage for this world and hereafter.
Wednesday 2009-05-20
Imam Javad (A.S) declares:
Those who obey their desires have made
their enemy's dreams come true, because
there is no enemy to us stronger than our
desire.
Hazrat Ali (A.S) declares:
O Malek, you have an opportunity now, which is
followed by death and together with it there
is a wish which is an obstacle to your
hereafter's path. Seize this opportunity. Rush
towards death and put aside your desires and
mind your hereafter deeds. You think that you
can escape death, and there is a shelter to keep
you from death!? How long are you going to lie?
Make God's commands your mottoes and obey God
with a pure heart, so that you achieve the best
life and salvation will be opened to you.
Consider this world as you are a passenger!
Monday 2009-05-20
Our honored prophet (S.A.) declares:
A wise believer has four
characteristics:
1- He is very truthful. Truthfulness differs
from naiveness. Naive means fool and ignorant.
Truthful means wise and sage and brave.
2- He considers praying and fasting of great
importance.
3- He is very charitable. He is the man of
forgiveness and alms giving.
4- He admits censures and advices.
Unlike believers, a feudist has four opposite
characteristics:
1- His appearance contradicts his real interior
personality.
2- He does not keep his promise.
3- He tells numerous lies in his life.
4- And worst of all, he does not admit censures
and advices.
Wednesday 2009-05-20
Our honored prophet (S.A) declares:
Those who want to be wise and knowledgeable of
their time, should do five things:
1- To associate only with those who help him to
improve his religion and moralities and to
choose a friend who is righteous and healthy.
2- To Control his tongue and lust. Those things
which deviate us far from the right path and God
are called lust.
3- To believe that big world's disasters are
punishments to his sins; because we are not
grateful as long as we are healthy. And when it
comes to adversities we demand: "Why me? Why did
it happen?" and ingratitude is commenced. These
are all disbelief.
4- Not to fill his stomach with halal* foods
(foods which are bought with right and legal
money which all rights of it has been paid.) in
order not to led to haram*. Try not to get used
to eating and talking much, although it might be
halal* because he get used to it and is led to
haram*.
5- To consider people prosperous while
considering himself gone astray.
Those who want to be blessed should be content
with what God wants them for.
Those who seek comfort in life should observe
his inferiors, because a man will never be
satisfied with his life as long as he follows
his superiors.
*Halal in Islam is what's approved by God, And
haram is what He has forbidden.
Monday 2009-05-18
Our honored prophet (A.S) declares:
It was written on the eighth door of the Heaven
that all comforts are gained by doing four
things:
1- To give alms. Donating money is only one
facet of almsgiving; it includes any kind of
help to the others. By getting up in morning,
ask God to help you not to bother people.
2- Generosity with no indebtedness. What you do
must be for God's sake.
3- Good temper with God's satisfaction. Good
temper without God's satisfaction is accompanied
with sin.
4- Not to bother people.
It was written on the first door of the Hell:
1- God's curse upon the liars.
2- God's curse upon the miserly.
3- God's curse upon the brutes.
Wednesday 2009-05-13
Hazrat Ali (A.S.) declares:
- It's good for everyone to do justice and
better for statesmen.
- Patience for everyone is desirable and for
beggars and the poor it is more desirable.
- Righteous is beautiful for everyone but it is
more beautiful for educated people.
- Generosity is good for everyone and it is
better for wealthy people.
- Repentance is proper for everyone and it is
more proper for the youth.
- Decency is good for everyone and it is better
for women.
- Cruel statesmen are like clouds without rain!
- Impatient poor is like a lamp which has no
light!
- Unrighteous scientist is like a tree which has
no leaf!
- Ungenerous wealthy is like a ground with no
plant and full of thorn!
- Impolite youth is like a stream which has not
water.
- And worse of all: indecent woman is like a
food with no taste.
Monday 2009-05-11
Hippocrates was asked: What is
humanity? He answered:
- Modesty in eminence time; that is when he can
be proud and show himself off, displays modesty.
- Forgiveness while he has power. Human may
forgive others while he is powerful, for God's
sake.
- Generosity with no indebtedness while being
poor.
- Largesse without showing off and indebtedness.
Four doctors of the world died of four diseases:
1- Plato died of gastritis.
2- Aristotle died of leper.
3- Hippocrates died of paralysis.
4- Galen died of stomachache.
Wednesday 2009-05-06
Mola Ali (A.S.) declares: These
are the signs of a believer's:
1- He ignores the desires of his turbulent ego.
2- A believer's joy is in his hope to God and
His orders.
3- A believer is not interested in those which
are mortal.
4- A believer has mansuetude and knowledge
together and do as what he knows.
5- There is no sloth in a believer.
6- His expectations are few.
7- A believer does not commit any wrong and if
he does, it would be little.
8- A believer is submissive.
9- A believer is content.
10- A believer's ignorance is hidden.
11- A believer protects his religion.
12- A believer kills his lust!
13- A believer suppresses his anger and he is
good tempered.
Wednesday 2009-04-30
Our honored prophet (S.A) declares:
When I went to Ascension (Meraj of the holy
prophet Muhammad peace and blessing be upon him
and his progeny.) I saw after "Shahadatein" (To
admit that Allah is the only god and Muhammad
(S.A) is his prophet.) it was written on the
first door:
There is always a way to do anything and there
are four ways to enjoy life:
1- Not to envy; beware that jealousy destroys
both worlds.
2- To be contented; those who are not content,
have no peace in the two worlds. To be in peace,
man should always observe his inferiors (in
wealth)
3- To avoid enmity;
4- Company with wise people, who have perception
and knowledge of religion.
Monday 2009-04-28
There are five tasks which destroy
people's both worlds: (This world and
the world after death.)
1- Not fearing God. Someone who doesn't fear God
will do whatever he desires!
2- Not watching the mouth which destroys all
good deeds.
3- Those who do not care about the Day of
Resurrection, and forget it, so that they do not
avoid of doing wrong and spoil their both
worlds.
4- Those who seek hope in others but not in God.
So they are not satisfied with God and they are
offended by people! They are attached to other
people, and since they don't fulfill their
desire, make them irritated!
5- Those who do not care about their deeds and
speech, so that their deeds and worships become
hypocritical and hypocrisy is not accepted!
Moreover the master
declares: Some people ask: "what do we do so
that our deeds will be for God's sake?"
1- The things you do need to be according to
what God has ordered and the holy prophet's
(S.A.) traditions.
2- Not be offended by people's criticism, and
not become happy if they praise!
These are the characteristics of those whose
works are for God's sake.
Wednesday 2009-04-23
Imam Sadegh (A.S.) declares:
How odd it is that someone knows God and does
not obey him!
How odd it is that someone has hope in God
rewards, and does not do good deeds!
How odd it is that someone fears God's
punishment and is not righteous!
How odd it is that someone is aware of the honor
of knowledge and consents to be ignorant!
How odd it is that someone tries his best in
this world although he knows he must depart it!
How odd it is that someone forgets and loses the
other world although he knows he will go there
someday!
How odd it is that someone runs after his whims
and is not aware of death.
Monday 2009-04-21
Imam Kazem (A.S.) declares:
Those who have seven qualifications, their
belief is complete and heaven may open doors to
them:
1- To perform Ablution well, it means to clean
their hands carefully if they are contaminated
by oil or color. Performing a nice Ablution is
not to wasting water!
2- To say prayers properly, first to be alert
while praying, second the money which the
clothes he prays in are bought with, be lawful (Halal).
3- To pay Khoms (1/5 of Savings) and Zakat*.
4- To avoid anger, it means to remember God's
scourge (anger).
5- To keep the tongue from not telling the right
and backbiting.
6- To learn religion from Quran, the prophet and
ahlalbayt (A.S.) traditions.
7- To be kind to the holy prophet (S.A.) and
ahlalbayt (A.S.), that is not to do deeds which
embarrass them but to do things which make them
glad.
*Zakat means grow (in goodness) or 'increase',
'purifying' or 'making pure'. So the act of
giving zakat means purifying one's wealth to
gain Allah's blessing to make it grow in
goodness.
Wednesday 2009-04-16
The wisest and most humane people
are those who schedule their life affairs
according to Quran and holy prophet's tradition,
and improve their selves to be prepared for the
day of Resurrection.
And the most miserable people are those who sell
their religion to people's earthly matters! And
the best people are those who tell the truth
(right) however it harms them, and do the right
thing, and judge right.
How bad it is that a joy fades and its pain
remains, and how nice and graceful it is that
pain disappears and its joy stays on.
Monday 2009-04-14
There are four things which are more
necessary than anything else for parents:
1- Man and wife should try to speak politely,
kindly, and nicely to each other in their life.
2- When the baby is born, they should call him
good a good name. Call him Mohammad, Ali, Hassan
or Hossein if the baby was a boy. And call her
Fatima, Zahra, Zohreh, Tayebe, Tahereh or Zeinab
if the baby was a girl.
3- Train him in exposure to Quran and Islamic
tradition, so when he grows up he will know what
God has ordered him in the holy Quran.
4- Find him (if he is a boy) a gentle, decent,
and religious wife. And, find her (if she is a
girl) a gentle, decent and religious husband.
The curse of God and the prophet (P.B.U.H) will
strike parents if they don’t do their best in
these four matters. And if their children curse
them, it leads them to an unlucky destiny as
many parents are in trouble by this case
nowadays.
Wednesday 2009-04-09
God said to the holy prophet (A.S):
My Vassals are proud of five things:
1- Tell those who are proud of beauty that Quran
announces them that their faces will burn in
fire and become ugly!
2- And tell those who are proud of their wealth
and children that there will be a day when your
wealth and children will not be beneficial,
while good deeds will!
3- Tell those who are proud of authority, might
and money that hell guards are rough and mighty
and just obey God.
4- Tell those who are proud of their relations
and parentage, that on the Day of Resurrection
there is no relationship between you, but God's
satisfaction.
5- Tell those who are proud of kingdom and
presidency, that on the Day of Resurrection
kingdom belongs to God, and you are miserable in
both worlds! Honor belongs to God, the holy
prophet (A.S) and believers.
Monday 2009-04-07
A man requested from the holy prophet (p.b.u.h):
"Teach me something so that God and his Vassals
will like me, I will be healthy, and I will be
wealthy, and I'll be associated with you on the
Day of Resurrection!
The holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) answered:
- If you want God to like you, fear him while
committing a sin and be righteous. (it means to
do good deeds, not to do bad deeds!)
- If you want to be dear to the others, don't
covet them, and do not hurt them.
- If you want to increase your wealth, be
charitable.
- If you want health, fast a lot. (it means not
to do usury!)
- If you want to live long, behave others in
God's path. (it means to do as God approves!)
- If you want to associate with me on the Day of
Resurrection, always surrender yourself to the
glorious God!
Wednesday 2009-03-30
Luqmaan said to his son: Son!
Beware that tomorrow when you will stand before
god, you will be interrogated of four things:
1- How (In which path) did you spend your youth?
2- How (In which deed) did you spend your life?
3- How did you make money?
4- How did you spend your money?
Be ready to answer these questions, son!
The Prophet (p.b.u.h) declares
(the same thing!): The entire human value lies
on four things:
1- Righteousness in God's path.
2- Modesty as God orders.
3- Being thankful to God.
4- Patience in God's path.
monday 2009-03-30
Holy Prophet
(pbuh) declares: Four things have made
people wretch in this world and hereafter:
1- Hard and sick hearts. When man sins over and
over and does not repent, his heart becomes hard
which is worse than any sickness.
2- Eyes which do not cry. It means he sees good
deeds and envies and becomes sad instead of
believing them.
3- Greed in any affair. Only in one condition
greed is honorable, when it is for Worship, but
in a way which does not hurt him.
4- Persisting in redoing sins. Those who persist
in redoing sins, their hearts are always dark
and sick.
In the Holy Quran, Surah Al-Maede Ayah 61, God
states: When they come to you believers, they
say, "We believe," while they were full of
disbelief when they entered, and they are full
of disbelief when they leave…
Imam Ali (A.S.) declares: Those
who learn a lesson from ancient people, will
gain foresight. Those who have gained foresight
will comprehend. And those who comprehend will
become wise. Comprehend the religion and so you
will not be deceived.
The most gracious of you to yourselves are the
most obedient to God. It means someone who obeys
God, has commiserated himself. And the most
treacherous of you to yourselves is the most
disobedient to God.
Those who obey God will be safe and gain reward.
And those who disobey God will become
disappointed and regretful.
Devil says to his
children: we have to perform three
tasks and after that we can rest… and Human will
never behold the paradise at all:
1- We try to make them belive that their good
deeds are great!
2- We try to make them to forget their sins.
3- And at last… We try to make them
arrogant.
Our prophet (p.b.u.h) says
base of real belief are 4 things:
1-Knowing God that is Qur`ãn and it's commands and prophet and his tradition.
2-Acknowleging God's gift that is to know we were nothing, by his power we are perfect and good looking human.
3-Knowledge of the commands of God's religion that is going and learninng God's orders.
4-Knowing things that force out a person from religion and humanity.
Lets go
through some parts of Master Sheikh
Aliakbar Tehrani`s Lecture:
Imam Bagher was questioned: that our Creator Nurthrer says: not insist on what they did. Master said: they fall into error but not repent , fall into error but not regret, this is insisting on sin, some time, some day may God forbid you make 10 sins, 5 sins ,but regret afterwards, retract and God forgives you. You observe them sin but not mind.they think they must do it . they think they must backbite. They must disgrace someone. They must accuse, and not mind again. This means insist on sin.
Emam Reza was questioned, What is The limit of trust, Imam Reza said: That is don`t fear of any thing because of God`s presence, don`t be seared when God is Present.
